Have you ever taken the hands off? If so you need to remove the hour hand and flip it 180degrees. That should get r done

My Warmink wall clock is striking the hour bell on the half hour and vice versa.
Can you help as to how I rectify this?

The bell is movable adjustable you will see. You need to untight the bolt and tight it closer
