Warning Event Notification. disk free space has dropped below the minimum threshold?

This msg keeps popping up on my computer. How serious is it and what should I get rid of and how to free up space?

It's not hugely serious, although your hard-drive should never get that full. Delete unwanted programs, pictures and videos etc to make space.

Empty the recycle bin get rid of some mp3s(burn a dvd full if you need to), free up some space
