Warning message says "no email for 48 hr" and it has been 8 days without being able to receive or send email

Without warning I received a message that my email would be shut off for 48 hours; it has now been 8 days since I was able to send or receive email. I have been paying and annual fee of $19 for additional storage. What should I do??

Sounds like you opened a virus message.  Providers do not  send out "no email for 48 hr" messages.  Contact your provider and explain to them what happened.
