This allows girls to have s*x, do a "rape kit" and later if she feels bad about it, or you p**s her off or anything she can then go to authoritys and say she was raped. The court system mostly favor the women in these cases, although the law says your are innocent until proven guilty the burden of proof of innocence with be on you and your attorney, the only proof the girl will have to provided is the "rape kit" and some drama acting.
This rape kit thing goes against the law, the hospital should have to inform the authority's of all rape kits being used and if not they can be charged with obstruction of justice.
BE SMART PROTECT YOURSELF!
If you can, Make a video of the proposed partner consenting to have s*x with you with her stating the time and date. Make sure she includes that she is not being held against her will or being force to say anything in fear for her well being.
