every time i log in i see this back round saying warning! spy ware detected, download anti virus or spy ware remover to clean your computer, how do i remove this virus?

You start by making sure it doesn't happen again.. install Firewall and anti-virus ..

Then google for a virus removal tool ..

NB> stop opening spam emails, clicking on eMail attachments or clicking on 'links' in phishing emails and this (and other nasty things like ID theft and key loggers loading) won't happen very often ..
