Warrant in SC for unpaid littering fine, now live in NY, how to take care of?

A few years ago when we were young and dumb we used to throw firecrackers out the car window (not at anyone). Well one day we got pulled and I got a ticket for littering and I appeared in court for the ticket, the judge ordered me to pay it and serve a few hours community service. I did the community service but never paid the fine. I now live in NY and want to join the Navy but I'm not sure how to take care of this warrant in SC all the way from NY?

You call the clerk's number on the back of the ticket. Usually you can do a credit card over the phone to get the fines paid off (which will be more than the ticket because of Failure to Appear) and you'll be on your way and the warrant will be dropped.
