Warranty lamp for Mitsubishi 73. Please tell me how to order the warranty lamp for the WD-73735.

Please tell me how to order the warranty lamp for the WD-73735. I purchased the TV on 7-11-08, pick-up on 7-15-08. Sound only on 7-16-08. Called 800-332-2119 and was told to order this part and install myself.

Please advise. Thank you.
