Warranty question, xbox 360?

Question

a few days ago while removing the face plate to my 360 ( perfectly allowed) i accidently scratched off one of the silver microsoft stickers that resides underneath.

these stickers are in place to ensure the system hasn't been opened and tampered with.

my question is will this void my warranty, or would it be obvious that i did not take the console apart. i am afraid of getting the Red Ring of Death.

no microsoft is stupid send it in and the worse they can do is send it back

my son 360 had 3 RROD sent it in without seal fix it for free i think a lot fall of due to heat or just like the 360 cheap parts and laborer
