Warrington Wolves seal a two-year deal with Tyrone McCarthy: Rugby news

Warrington Wolves have inked a two-year deal with Tyrone McCarthy on Tuesday, November 15, which will retain him at Wolves until the end of 2013.
While talking to the media, the player shared that he has realised his dream by inking a deal at Warrington in 2011. The 23-year-old Irish only made three appearances as a substitute at the club. Also, he made seven appearances on loan at Wakefield and played
on dual registration with Leigh Centurions.
While expressing his thoughts over his newly signed deal at Wolves, McCarthy stated, "I have always wanted to play for Warrington so to get another contract is great and hopefully I can now kick on and use it to progress. I haven't yet had the game time
I would have hoped for but hopefully I will now get the opportunity to do so."
The player inaugurated his rugby league career in 2009 with Wolves when he played against Wigan Warriors. In his very first year he featured in a total of eight games contributing net eight points for his side. The player prefers playing as a Loose Forward
and his performance has lured the franchise to consider his uptake on permanent grounds.
Back in March, 2011, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats took the Warrington Wolves’ back rower McCarthy on board. When Wildcats penned the contract with the emerging talent, their at coach of that time, John Kear said: "Tyrone will add competition for the back row.
He has been well schooled at Warrington and has big game experience."
McCarthy has been the fulcrum of attention in the world of rugby league, for his above par playing skill, which sets him apart from other available players. Initiating his career with Warrington Wolves has played a huge role in attracting potential future
employers. This is apparent from the Wildcats’ move, who were willing to take him onboard because his experience with Wolves has honed his skills.
His loan period finished with Wildcats and now with a freshly signed deal at Warrington, the player is also happy.
