Was'nt Roscoe Tanner the fastest server in tennis?

He had one of the fastest serve in the 70's, but unfortunately, that was all that he had.  He played pretty well at Wimbledon because of his serve, and he played pretty well in doubles.

Not sure on that , but Rod Laver the Australian tennis player had a really fast serve . Arthur Ash had a fast serve too.
