when it comes to telling the truth?

Why would you choose a running mate who has been proved to be a liar in the past?

Why not just go with Hillary if you want a 2nd liar on the ticket?

  1. about as checkered as your question.  no more liars.  bush and channey for 8 years was as gullible as you get.  lies, lies, LIES

  2. He hoarked a few lines in a speech, hardly a "chequered past".  Biden has a had a distinguished career and Will be a great VP.  Even McCain acknowledges his dear friend Joe, is an excellent choice.

perhaps, you are insinuating that McCain makes bad judgments by agreeing with Obama's choice, and even worse, by being such a close, personal friend with Sen. Biden.  You can't have it both ways - to cast a stone at Obama over Bide similarly indicts McCain's judgment.

  3. People above seem to know nothing about Bidens past

or are pretending they have never heard of it

how about the resume he filled up with lies before he tried running for the Presidency back in 88 for starters

It would be pretty hard to find an honest democrat for a running mate

Since there are nothing but liars in the party

    Hmm  lets see

    Hillary

    Edwards

    Kennedy

    Drat

    their all liars

    just like Biden

  4. Hmmm i noticed you provide NOTHING to validate your "checkered past" claim

    try this for checkered past

Songbird McCain gave the enemy information that gave them about a 60% increase in tactical advantage

John McCain Radio Broadcast on June 2, 1969 in Ha Noi

proving his "Country before self" and "Code of Honor" are outright lies!!

Today he is claiming "when they learned my dad was an admiral they offered me early release"

His own words in his personal account given to "USNews and World Report" show THAT is a LIE!!

John McCain, Prisoner of War: A First-Person Account

    By John S. McCain

I said, "O.K., I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital." He left and came back with a doctor, a guy that we called "Zorba," who was completely incompetent. He squatted down, took my pulse. He did not speak English, but shook his head and jabbered to "The Bug." I asked, "Are you going to take me to the hospital?" "The Bug" replied, "It's too late." I said, "If you take me to the hospital, I'll get well." "Zorba" took my pulse again, and repeated, "It's too late." They got up and left, and I lapsed into

    unconsciousness.

    Sometime later, "The Bug" came rushing into the room, shouting, "Your father is a big admiral;

now we take you to the hospital."

the point is they KNEW his dad was an admiral within days of his capture

In that same article in his own words he mentions Christmas 5 times but  NEVER the "Cross in the Sand"

Col. Bud Day, his Medal of Honor and the McCain campaign's abuse of our nation's highest award for valor.

    http://www.usvetdsp.com/may08/day_bud_mo...

By involving his Medal of Honor in politics and using it as an authority to trash other veterans, Day has "opened up his character as a war hero" for criticism. Day planted the standard for himself when he said that "Kerry's character is not only fair game, it is the primary issue."

Day's character and the legitimacy of his Medal of Honor "is not only fair game, it is the primary issue."

Military regulation requires that before the award of a Medal of Honor can be considered, unquestionable proof in the form of eyewitnesses must be provided.

Day had no witnesses because he was alone. Why was the "eye witnesses" requirement waived for Day?

Who approved Day for the Medal of Honor and did McCain or his admiral father have anything to do with it?

John McCain and Bud Day have formed a political tag team to deflect inquiries about McCain's questionable conduct while in captivity. They have cynically used the Medal of Honor as a shield - but in the process they have stained it.

  5. What lies from Biden are you referring to?

Edit:  To the poster "Living in the USA", you still have not provided any examples of lies from Biden.  Give some examples if there are so many of them

  6. He was a great choice from McCain's standpoint.

  7. Do you have any idea what Biden's checkered past is???  Or you just going by what you have heard 5th hand from another Republican or a Hannitzied version of the truth???

If it is sooooo checkered, you should easily have been able to list at least a few examples.

  8. I don't think he represents the "change" Obama has been preaching.

Or...maybe he does.  Maybe this whole "change" thing is going to be a change for the worse.  These two men are both hellbent on globalizing the United States.  And any American who sides with Internationalists like David Rockefeller are turning their back on the red, white, and blue.

Just look at what D-Rock himself had to say....

"Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure---one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

    ~ David Rockefeller, “Memoirs”, 2002

BTW....Rockefeller donated $100 million to Harvard; one of Obama's top campaign contributors.

  9. good choice for Republicans

    poor choice for democrats

obama has a long list of making poor choices though

    so it didnt surprise me

I figured it would either be Biden or somebody else with maybe just one

    felony conviction
