Please note- I didn't ask if he was a great husband- rather, a great president.

  1. i think he was in fact i wish he was able to have a third term it would of been nice to see how much he could have achieved with another term

  2. I don't think he was a great president but he was a good president.

  3. I think he was a good president and a terrible husband.   Unfortunately, his legacy will be tainted by the Lewinsky scandal and the impeachment.  Perhaps if he had been a "better husband," he would be rated higher as president.

They say Pres. Clinton himself was able to "compartmentalize" in an exceptional manner, but the rest of the world (or the rest of the USA, at any rate) kind of takes an overall approach, and we can't really separate out the pieces as well as we perhaps should.

  4. He attacked Serbia a Christian country & sided with Muslims.

He is a womanising corrupt cokehead.

  5. I think it's still too premature to label him as great, but I think as time passes, more people will respect him.

Just one example of how much better our nation was under Bubba.  These numbers aren't exact, but are very close:

When he took office the Dow Jones was at around 3,000, when he left office the Dow Jones was at about 12,000.  Now take a look and see where the Dow Jones is after 8 years of Bush.

There are numerous examples just like this where you can show by facts that our people as a whole were better off under Clinton then we ever have been under Bush.

  6. maybe.....

  7. He was great in that he did very little to derail the American high tech and financial institutions during his presidency by failing to pass his tax laws and his wife's Marxist attempt to take over the medical industry.

  8. We were much better off then

So he couldn't have been all

    that bad

    We had a surplus

  9. He vetoed a bill when he was in office that would have started oil drilling in an-war and the gulf.

If that bill would have not been vetoed, then we would have more oil supply on the market today.

Because of that one issue alone, and the fact that my family has to pay over $4.00 per gallon for gas today.

I say NO he was not a good President ,because more money is coming out of my pocket because of HIM personally.

  10. I think that he was one of the worst president's that this country has ever had. He was the reason that we don't have the WTC anymore. If people want to to get picky then Clinton was the cause of all the deaths that this great nation has suffered. Clinton is the cause for the War on Terror, not Bush!!! The liberals have to get there head out of the sand and see what kind of president Clinton really was.

God Bless President Bush and God Bless America

  11. My theory generally is that times make the President, and not the other way around. It was a relatively calm period in history, and Clinton had few moments where he could step up to the plate, as they say in baseball.

After a slow start, he obviously did some good things. However, his legacy will be tainted by his personal problems, which led to impeachment.
