Get the math straight.  Bristol is 5 months pregnant.  The baby is 4 months old.  I don't think it's possible to give birth to a child and still have a pregnancy of 1 month on going.

If you understood Downs Syndrom and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, you would not ask such a dumb question.  The symptoms exhibited are entirely different and there are tests which clearly indicate Down's Syndrome pre-natal.
