No, the company withdrew its request. It appears not to be tested anywhere now.

Only Lotronex is still available for irritable bowel syndrome and then only for women when nothing else works.

I have a childhood friend with Crohn's disease (his sister had it too.) He eventually outgrew it, but she had to have surgery to move some misplaced plumbing to stop urinary tract infections.
