Was Collins software able to be debugged ?

Why would there be bugs in the first place ?

Why wouldn't you put staff in place who had the ability to debug the system ? (As opposed to destroying the system during its development)

Was the system tested against its user manual ? Better still, was the user manual produced from an automated test of the system ?

  1. why wouldn't you intentionally bug it just so you can see the destruction...?
