Could be. The most credible information I have seen seems to point towards the Atlanta, GA area or another area close to Atlanta. I believe the real hijacker could have been Richard McCoy but still have a hard time believing DB Cooper could have actually survived jumping out of that plane.

Who ever D.B. was. He died before he hit the ground. He froze to death on the way down.
