Was Genghis Khan an Aryan?

ive been hearing people (aryan supremesists no doubt) saying that he was aryan..... would he have been of Aryan descent?

No, he was a Mongol.  Mongols come from a country north of China, NOT central Asia.

It's understandable why many people would want to claim him as their own, though.  He overcame great difficulties in his early life, and brought a group of simple herders to world domination in a matter of a few decades.  Quite extraordinary in this accomplishment.

Contrary to popular the beliefs, the Aryans were nomads who later became the Persian and Hindi-speaking peoples. Not Germans or blonde hair Europeans.
