Was George Bush at Cleveland?

Was George Bush at Cleveland in July 29th, because when our plane was about to land in Cleveland Hopkins Airport our pilot said that the Air Force One Plane was in Cleveland and that they were going to shut down the airport till they tell them to come back. So our plane was just circling around and stuff and waiting to land and then like 20min later we finally land, so I was wondering if George Bush was in Cleveland on July 29th.
