  5. Not sure what you call good intentions but as I understand things Guy Fawkes tried blowing up Parliament. I wouldn't exactly call that good intentions.

    Now if you mean was he the only one involved in the plot to bring blow up Parliment, then no. It's called the Gunpowder Plot, not Guy Fawkes' plan. Other's involved in the plot included  Thomas Winter, Robert Winter, Christopher Wright, Thomas Percy, John Wright, Ambrose Rokewood, Robert Keyes, Sir Everard Digby, Francis Tresham, Thomas Bates, and Robert Catesby.
