  1. I did not see it because I was playing baseball with my sons. The highlights of the summer would be...

    1. My son's 11th B-day.

    2. Being in the Memorial Day Flags of Honors Parade.

    3. The Fourth of July.

    4. The County Fair.

... I am quite sick of all of this election year BS. I would like to see all of those people go jump in a lake. Preferably a very deep lake.

  2. It was a ball of inanity and hypocrisy. The only one stopping anyone in this country from achieving their potential is the person themselves. The government can't do squat. Inner city schools aren't a failure because the teachers or bad or the government hasn't invested enough. They're bad because the culture they're inserted into does not value education at the individual or community level. And a fair wage? Who it is the government to determine that? Obama will get us out of Iraq with honor? Seems the President's already laid the ground work for that one and it is the Iraqi government, NOT the U.S. congress that is looking to set a time table. That is as it should be. Iraqi government = conditions on the ground. U.S. Congress = arbitrary and uninformed. If we'd done it Obama's way, we wouldn't be at the point where we are and we'd have left Iraq in turmoil and a shambles.

There was so very much wrong and misguided about her speech. It was big government, command incompitence and big spending socialism right down the line.

And keeping windfall profits? What's that? Wanna tax the corporations, who's going to pay those taxes. The people are. They always do. So much incredible, unquestioned ignorance.

And, I'd like to know, exactly, what it was that Clinton did to stimulate the economy during his regime and why, if he was so clever, did his actions create a recession? Bush pulled us out of that recession and has kept us out. Thank you Mr. President. At least YOU get it.

  3. Not at Fault, it almost was?  I watched that Olympic event this summer, where they dance with those paper streamers on a stick?  That sporting event trumped Hillary.  Sorry?

To be even more candid, I'd wish I could watch Russian armored divisions rolling around in Georgia?  Talk about thrills?

  4. Not for me. It didn't feel real authentic and I don't think it was the place for her to say John McCain is her friend, etc. Her speech was very self-centered and didn't really focus on why she supports Sen. Obama.

There were a lot of Hillary Clinton signs being waved, but at the bottom of those signs were "paid for by Obama for President". He is a class act, she should take a few tips from him.

I hope Bill's speech is better.

  5. Well from my conservative view point it wasn't a horrible speech. It was typical Democratic Party nonsense and it was well delivered.  Did see one odd pause though...Ms. Clinton was saying proud mother, proud etc...and after each paused for applause but once she said proud American there was only scattered clapping.  Not sure if being a proud American is not a DNC thing or if was "dig" at Ms. Obama gaffe.

  6. Nope....I have experienced better events than this

    this summer.....

  7. It certainly was

I thought it was the greatest speech I have ever heard

  8. My morning 'sit down' is more of a thrill

  9. I have never seen a more perfect display of clap trap in my life.I think even bill clinton was in tears, from laughing at the show she put on. She still expects to come out the winner in this lottery.

  10. Can I throw up?

No... watching my son play baseball is thrilling.  watching my daughter cheer is thrilling.  Taking my son down to Disneyworld for the first time is thrilling.  Getting a raise is thrilling.  But Billary's speech was more of the same rubbish you have heard from her year after year.

    Get a real life.

  11. It was a political hand job by a disinterested w***e.

  12. Her "canned" speech at a glance seemed

genuine and well spoken. But, if you look at

what she didn't say.....it was not a "home run"

(as MSNBC said it was). She did not say Obama

was ready to be president, she did not say he

would be a great Commander-in-Chief, but

rather she praised what she herself had accom-

    plished during her time running for president;

she spent more time talking about women's

    rights and when they started letting women vote;

and I think she was actually setting herself up

for the presidential race in 2012. My answer to

    your question is NO.

  13. Hardly. She is a fake. Personally, I think the DNC has had Obama as their front runner way before the primaries. Come h**l and high water, they will sell Obama untill the end. Hillary had no chance and Bill knows it.

  14. Could not be further from it.

  15. I guarantee it wasn't the speech the Obama crowd wanted.  Not one word about how qualified she thinks he is.  That's a big deal with the ads McCain is running.

  16. Perfect political speech. McCain's speech writers are total idtiots in comaparison

  17. I think I'd characterize it more like "Shriveled Up Goose p**p"!

  18. Oh was that on? I was too busy moving my residency so I can vote and supporting the economy by going to walmart to go by that plasma tv my husband has been looking at for months (we had been watching tv on his computer monitor.. :/)

  19. Wow, I pity your life if that was the thrill of your summer.

  20. Sounded like the same speech she has been giving all summer, she just changed the name from Obama to John.

  21. Fake...she hates Insane Oblama. She didn't even say he was ready to be President becasue he isn't

  22. -If Hillary commits suicide, then it would be a thrill to a lot of people...
