  1. No. It's all mind games. I hate say it but I don't think Man U are near their peak. Lol at biased point while your avatar is of the great Paisley.

  2. when is this jealousy thing is ever going to end??

we will always have our own opinion on our fav team and the rivals.

so, this kind of questions will do us no good unless we are in the team itself! but then again, this kind of question will always give me 2 points. and sometimes 10!! thank you..

  3. I believe he is right in some ways. C.Ronaldo won't be better like he was last season. He'll want to move Madrid by January transfer window i bet.

  4. the peak being the top then yes you cant go any higher......

  5. yes once you have reached the peak there is no other way but downhill

  6. all fans have a biased view...

man u fans a veiw towards man u..

all other fans have 1 against..

and people said they'd reached there peak in 99..

but they still won trophies after..

    : )

  7. There is a possibility that United will plateau out but I don't think that they have peaked as such, or cannot raise their game. The ages of the team are diverse and open us up to some possible up and down form and results but that really is a possibility for any team. The future looks good with some really promising talent emerging and of course players such as Rooney, Teves, Anderson, Nani and Ronaldo still being young and able to further develop their games. With the approaching retirement of a few players there is bound to be some adjusting but we have dealt with that before and still come out OK.

  8. YES! Christiano Ronaldo will not score 42 goals again, and like JT said, Man U players cannot continue their form. Many of their stars have not suffered injuries that have had a major impact on the team. The fact that Barcelona owned them and was 12 inches away from the final instead if Man U (Scholes foul on Messi just outside the box would have given Barca a penalty if it was just a foot further in the box and thus an away goal) in the Champions League is evidence that Man U was also lucky. All of these factors combined cannot continue

  9. He's speaking his own mind, every player is going to brag that their club is better than another one, but has Manchester United reached its peak? Maybe so, a team can only stay at the top for so long before others are there to take it from them, and looking at the Man Utd players against the Chelsea players, yes Man Utd could have had their day.

But whether its Chelsea to topple them, no i dont think so (now i'll be biased!), i believe  and have faith in Arsenal, with the good mix of experienced and new, older and younger players shall be a stronger team this season than has been seen in latter seasons.

  10. Peaked - Yes. But I don't think there will be any rapid decline just a slight slip to 2nd best.

  11. No:

He's slipped upon his **** again!  You don't want any "biased" Man U views?

    What are your views then?

  12. i will give a non biased view so i will answer. Although there may well be a basis for his argument, i honestly don't think that he believes it i think that the only reason he has said it is because Sir Alex said the same thing about Chelsea a couple of weeks ago, in fact he compared them to Liverpool in '89 saying that they have a lot of experience but nothing that says they will improve in the future!

Its all mind games, its what i expect and its one of the things i love about football and it always cracks me up how the media will lap it up and make it out to be a huge war of words.

  13. i definitely agree.

  14. I am not a fan of John Terry AT ALL, but i agree with what he has to say and i mean it in the most objective way possible, due to the fact that i have a strong dislike for both Chelsea and man utd so i shouldn't agree with what either have to say! It can be interpreted as mind games, but i believe that that stuff was always better coming from Jose Mourinho! What terry said is true, i am a firm believer that alot of uniteds success over the past 2 years has been due to other teams mishaps, i know that many will criticize me for saying that but it is what i whole heartedly believe!! They are a team that is only getting older, with giggs and scholes still featuring the don't have top players to replace them, and i have heard all there is about "wonder boy" ( i would rather not say his name due to my overly strong hatred!) but no matter how much man utd fans try to delude themselves, he doesn't want to be at utd any more and there is no chance of him scoring 42 goals for them ever again! United have peaked and while they worry about keeping there vain, love me do wonder child the teams around them are getting stronger and stronger and they are going the opposite way!

Just my view on things, please don't attack me!

  15. bias views bud .. i will give you no other comment than i hope i can remind you of this Q at the end of the season ...

  16. its all downhill from now on mark my words

  17. Three days to the beginning of the season, why am i not surprised?? In JT's world, a team which consists of a lot of players younger than 27 must  have surely peaked...i mean Ronaldo at 22, Tevez at 23, Rooney at 22, Nani at 21, Anderson at 20 couldn't possibly get any better, they've all peaked and therefore theres nothing more to expect from Man Utd. On the other hands theres still lots to expect from the over 27 spring chickens at Stamford Bridge, and compared to the young players at Man Utd, the ones at Stamford Bridge will only get better

Oh no, woe is us....thanks for alerting us to this grave error, dangerous times ahead...

  18. This answer is not an insult to the united fans before I get a torrent of thumbs down lol

Man Utd did so well last season I can't see them getting better Ronaldo is not going to score as many again and with out him last season united would not be where they are the stats show that. I think signing Berbatov is a bad idea he has too big of an ego and Fergie and him could clash Berba will not like being benched. You are missing Ronaldo for the start of the season Fergie has shown how much the team relies on him he would not have put up with his rubbish if he could replace him.

I hate sort off agreeing with JT though

  19. no I thin MANU can get better, but not much. But Chelsea have a far older team than MANU, so Chelsea is more likely to have reached their peak rather than MANU.
