Rove went on to say that conservatives wanted to "unleash the might and power" of the military against the Taliban in Afghanistan, while liberals wanted to submit petitions. He cited a petition he said was backed by MoveOn.org that called for "moderation and restraint" in responding to the attacks.

The acrimonious exchanges came just two days after Durbin(D)-IL bowed to Republican-led pressure and apologized for comparing the treatment of prisoners at the Guantanamo Bay detention center in Cuba to techniques used by the n***s and the Soviets.

If Rove was Bush's brain and Rove/conservatives wanted to "unleash the might and power" of the military against the Taliban why did Bush punk out like a Code Pink [insert synonym for tabby cat] and turn tail and run?  Was he afraid of big, bad Osama?  He had him pinned at Tora Bora and wimped out letting him escape to regroup and now we have Afghanistan the sequel.

No, but it was good rhetoric for our base.

We whined and complained when Clinton tried to kill Bin Laden with missile attacks. Then we strayed way off course to go after Iraq instead of Bin Laden and al-qaeda. We had 90+% support until we totally screwed it up, a huge FUBAR.

He was correct on our illegal prisons, the n***s didn't sodomize their victims.

the great Mr. rove is only partially correct.he left out liberals want to apologize.they have a sickening habit of saying "I'm sorry to our enemies"ballessness x10.weather its obamanites saying oh no we killed 90000 innocent Iraqis[while ignoring the fact that many killed themselves,were Iranian,or Jordanian]or the obamination himself wanting to meet  with  amadinejad .no doubt to apologize for the hostages overstaying their welcome.
