  1. I know he was mad I dont know about activist...

  2. He was an active promiscuist!

  3. He was active in dismissing Lord North!

  4. He was a great promoter of science and manufactures, modern farming techniques (which was why he got the nickname "Farmer George" and supporter of vocal, choral and orchestral music.

  5. He had a strong interest in agriculture - not something that monarchs normally spent much time on - so in that interest he was probably one of the first ecologically-minded kings. He was also the first king to receive an education in the science of that day. If by "an activist" you mean was he for the rights of all humankind, or animals or did he feel that he needed to make the society better for everyone - then, no. He wasn't that kind of man. He was actively seeking to reassert the Divine Rights of Kings, which played its part in losing England the American colonies. He actively worked toward a better understanding of mechanical objects (for him). But he wasn't a forward thinking, let's-spread-the-wealth-around king. Quite the contrary.
