No because the 1-2 punch of Shaq and Kobe did not have as big of a discrepancy as that between MJ and Scottie.  In both cases the players needed each other.

Michael couldn't win before Scottie's arrival.  Shaq and Kobe arrived at the same time and hadn't won before PJ came.  PJ decided to run the triangle around Shaq- but during their 3 championship run- there was a lot of games where without Kobe in the 4th quarter and overtime especially Shaq couldn't lead the Lakers- because he couldn't hit free throws down the stretch- and i remember a couple of games against the Sac. Kings where Shaq fouled out and Kobe lead the team.  Clearly after Shaq left- Kobe elevated to be arguably the best player in the league.  They needed one another- and while the Laker offense revolved around Shaq- those who suggest that Shaq "Carried" Kobe are ridiculous.  You could actually make an argument that MJ "carried" Scottie Pippen.

No Kobe was 10x better then Shaq. I mean kobe handles the ball alot, and controls the floor.  Shaq stays in the paint and near it all the time and he dominates there.  But Kobe was the general on the floor.  He is the one creating plays, and scoring out side.  

Look at it like this, Shaq had a teammate that averages 28 ppg(kobe stats in championship year) .  Kobe deserve the championship as much as shaq.

Responsiblities of the 3 peat champion ship:

Shaq: 50%  KObe: 50%

thats how it is.  Kobe was a huge part of the team.

As for Pippen and MJ.  Pippen was there defensively non stop.  He wasnt the floor general.  he wasnt the one that had the ball all the time.  MJ did most of it.

Pippen has made it to the Western Conference Finals with out Jordan with the Blazers.

Not really.  Pippen doesn't devise plan to overthrow MJ.  Pippen was happy to be a winner and played his role.

Kobe on the other hand want the center stage all to himself.  He made sure Shaq is out of the picture so he can shine.  Basically, Kobe is a back-stabber.

Bulls without jordan equal no finals appearance or rings.  Kobe without shaq equals first round exits, and losing in 5 with shaq.  Kobe's team this year is better than any of jordan's team before pippen. Kobe better get to the finals with the team he has now. Clearly kobe lost a finals with shaq and without shaq.  Jordan and Pippen never lost a finals together.  6-6.
