Obama and Biden asid that McCain was wrong about the economy leveling out and actually starting to grow again.

Are they still stuck in the 2 quarters before this one?

The economy is all the democrats got, so they will down play gains, highlight doom and gloom and forget that McCain has been right all along.  It needs work, but we are not in a collapse.  We are winning the war, not losing it.  We need to drill here, drill now, and move forward on alternative energy sources.

It is starting to grow again because a NEW administration is only 4 months away. It is a Fact that when a Democrat is in office the Economy improves, Look it up. The economy should never be down!!! so it was down for the past 8 years. The economy is still in a c**p hole and it is going to take a democrat to clean that mess up.

It would help if you took the time to read your own article in which the federal reserve chairman states that the last 2 quarters of this year will not be good for the economy due to the increased energy costs. Most of the growth in the last quarter was a result of the stimlus package which has since wore off.

The Democrats have base too much on doom of America.

They preach against the military that the surge won't work.  It work so well Obama wants to do the same in Afghanistan.

Since they our military did so well they had to stop that talk.

Now the next step is the economy well that is starting to turn so they are really in trouble.

Price of gas is now coming down and it is the Democrats who want to raise the taxes and stop the drilling of the coast to keep prices high.

That too will come to bit them come Nov.

McCain is right and you won't find any of the Democrats say that because they have to preach doom in hopes they win.

McCain agreed with Bush that the economy is robust and strong.

McCain was right, not only that but the economy actually grew in each of the first two quarters of  this year as well.  If they claim otherwise then they are either misinformed or liars..
