Both amazing rounds of golf- for me Millers 63 was the greatest ever round in terms of pure ball-striking and Nicklaus comes a close second as a final round in a major, but am interested in other views of both massive achievements

  1. Gotta go with Miller's 63 for my vote.

  2. Miller.

  3. Miller shot his 63 at Oakmont, which at the time was WAY harder than Augusta National.  Both were rounds for the ages, but Millers was the better round.

  4. personally, i think miller's round was the greatest. it was literally a perfect round of golf on a very difficult course.

  5. 63 ties the lowest score ever shot in any round of any major of all time.  He did it on the final day to win on what is considered one of the hardest courses in the world.  Its tough to beat that.  Nicklaus' 65 was probably more exciting though because of the situation.
