Yes she was, but would have to attempt to dig out that lost list of directors from like 1996, Probably in a goggle search.

I have never  read that.. Condeleezza Rice was on the Chevron Board.  They once named a supertanker  for her.

I don't know but she sits, I believe, on many boards. She's not a dummy by any means. Even if she did, she may not have known what the deal was either. Everyone got duped.
