  1. Its more like:

Vote for that old white guy to go to heaven.

Vote for that young black guy to go to h**l.

  2. he was put out of context so i don't think he meant what you are trying to imply.

  3. Odd I didn't really get that feeling from Obama...

Where did she get that from?

  4. yes  he was

  5. YES, SOME PEOPLE ARE BITTER. HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED THAT WHEN YOU SAY HI OR OPEN THE DOOR FOR SOMEONE THEY DON'T SAY ANYTHING BACK? THAT IS JUST HATE, AND BITTERNESS AND A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DISPLAYING IT LATELY ESPECIALLY WITH THE ELECTIONS AND ALL. I HAVE BEEN CALLED THE -N- WORD MORE TIMES THIS YEAR THAN ALL OF MY LIFE. BE VERY CARE FULL MY PEOPLE BECAUSE THE SH IT IS ABOUT TO HIT THE FAN WHEN OBAMA WINS. AND THE FRIENDS THAT YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD WILL BE NO LONGER.

  6. Yes, and Palin is exhibit A to prove that case.

  7. He may have something you sound pretty bitter...

Nothing like generalizing people - He'll really make a great president to the people of the United States! I can't wait to hear his next speech about the disabled and his view on them.

  8. I, for one, am not ashamed of clinging to my guns and my religion in these times.  The Constitution acknowledges my right to do so and though he's an attorney specializing in Constitutional LAW, Obama doesn't seem to remember that.

It sort of pisses us off.

So far, I think we have not seen the kind of political reconciliation that’s going to bring about long-term stability in Iraq." — Barack Obama, July 22, 2008

EXPIRATION DATE: August 20, 2008: "Let's be clear, our troops have completed every mission they've been given," Mr. Obama said at the Veterans of Foreign Wars convention in Orlando, Fla., where the likely Democratic presidential nominee courted military voters who are expected to play a pivotal role in several swing states. "They have created the space for political reconciliation."

  10. Religion is the one single thing wrong on this planet. religious people freak me out.

As to guns, having gotten rid of the fanatic religions I don't see why people can't own guns.

  11. Yes, in so many words. It was the truth. h**l, aren't we all. I know I am. It was blown way out of proportion. You have to listen to everything he said. It was not bad or insulting at all.

  12. You make a very good point.

I think that Obama was on to something when he said that.

But, he should have included the fact that while clinging to their guns and religion they are watching reality TV and thinking it is really how life should be.

  13. They seemed ecstatic last night after Palin's brilliant speech. These people are not bitter, they are just small town, home-grown, real gutsy Americans. Obama is history.

  14. what is wrong with people clinging to guns and religion?  Why does that concern you?  Isn't this a free country?

  15. You took what I was about to say!

  16. After 8 years of being beat down by Bush, who can blame any working class man, woman or child for being bitter

  17. What I think Obama meant when he said that was that people don't want to digest the heavy issues in a political campaign. People fall back on simple issues like guns and religion.

I know people who won't vote for Obama because they think he'll take away their guns.

  18. I can only speak of those I know but the average southern conservative is all of those things and more.

  19. The RNC chanted " USA....USA....USA " because they SUPPORT OUR COUNTRY

the DNC chanted " Obama....Obama....Obama " becuase they SUPPORT THEIR  CELEBRITY

    McCain is ALL about America

    Obama is ALL about Obama

  20. Well, 90% of Americans are religious/spiritual to some degree, so I don't think that was politically wise for Obama to alienate all those people. I've seen lots of people where religion and belief is their only reason they keep on keepin' on.

  21. Uh no. The only unhappy people i see are the Libs come November.
