Was Rachel Bilson Raped?

I just recently watched the movie Speak, starring Kristen Stewart, and in the bonus features there is a special message from RAINN. (I'm not exactly sure what that is) And it was Rachel Bilson and she was talking about how she had been raped by her boyfriend's best friend. Is this true, or did she just do this for the advertisement?

oh my gosh! she is one of my favorite actresses and that's my favorite book! it probably wasn't for advertisement poor girl

I think she was promoting the cause by appearing in the video. RAINN is the rape, incest and abuse national network. I don't believe she was actually raped. I could be wrong though.
