Yes, but not hurt. He suffered two flash knockdowns. One against Walcott, and one against Moore. He came off the canvas to deliver the greatest punch in boxing history to KO Walcott, and came off the floor to almost beat Moore completely to death with five knockdowns and two saved by the bells before ending it.

Archie Moore knocked him down in the 2nd round of their fight. It was also his final fight before he retired.

Even though he wasn't floored against Ezzard Charles, he was on the verge of losing the 2nd fight because his nose was split from the bottom up.

Actually he was stunned when he got hit by Moore. Marcianio was horrible as far as accuracy and threw wild punches that were not even close, and what he did against Moore, and got hit.

The controversy to that fight was both fighters waived the standing eight count, but Marcianio was given one, which he even admitted gave him time to clear his head. Moore stated years later he still hated that ref.
