Was Saddam Hussein actually executed?

There is a mystery behind this, some people say that American secret services have Hussein in a secret location and that the execution was that of one of his body doubles? What are your views on this?

Oh yeah, hes gone.  I watched the horribly visual hanging on Youtube and there wasn't any doubt he was dead.  I had to see it for myself and it was ghastly.  So don't doubt it he is in h**l now.

Yep-Saddam is still alive and being kept on a secret island along with Elvis, Curt Kobain, John Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Bigfoot, the Roswell aliens and the 3000 people who supposedly died on 911.

Everything is a conspiracy after all.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, so I believe the man that was executed truly was Saddam Hussein.  There are several different news agencies that reported his botched execution.  It was even video tapped and put on the internet, as well.  He was sentenced to die by hanging.  When they did, they hadn't tested it out and he died horribly.

He is dead.  They had the video on the news.  If he isn't, he would be better off dead.  Who would listen to him now anyways.  What value does he have now to any government?  I can't see any, and I believe that his trial and execution were real.
