Does Germany have an illegal immigration problem? If so, does illegal immigration pose a financial, social threat to German citizens? In America there are advocates for and against illegal immigrant deportation. The following reflects the issues at hand:

b) Most Americans want the Mexican borders to be fenced.

c) The drug cartels bring in loads of drugs.

d) There are about 20 million Mexican illegals in the U.S

Why do you only speak about mexicans? get your facts straight because they are not the only undocumented people her there are other nationalities also. And there is only one mexican border. You say that they bring in drugs but who is buying them? US citizens!

Illegal immigrants are a problem all over Europe, too. They left their home for good reasons, that's the one thing. They come into countries where other people are at home, where all the seats are taken, and where nobody is waiting for them, that's the other thing. We will need a lot of subtle intuition to solve this problem without hurting anyones pride. There is no other way to do a good job. So let's not exchange our fears.

Living in Germany undocumented is by far not as easy as in the US once you entered.

As we have maybe less privacy, we can be more efficient at tracking illegals since the data of your electric bill or appartment rent can be used to see that somebody living there has not registered (yes as a foreigner you have to register in the town you live). Foreigners are well tracked.

Furthermore, the German police is quite efficient and there are not like in the US so many different police branches.

Most of the immigrants are legal.
