These people are claiming both ghosts *and* UFOs are at the Skinwalker Ranch.  It looks like two of the crazy camps have merged to join forces.  Of course, it also appears that no one knows where this ranch is, so it makes investigation a bit difficult.

I read Colm Kelleher's book (he was the N.I.D.S. chief investigator on the case) about the Skinwalker Ranch. It was a disturbing and 'dark' book to read, but serious books on UFOs and/or paranormal tend to be.

The ranch and the area has a long history of paranormal and ufo activity. Interviewing the neighbors, it was revealed that ufos were seen regularly - up close too,....not some distance dot in the sky. And the Ute Indians (reservation nearby) have alien beings and ufos in their folklore going back centuries.
