Was This A Smart Fantasy Football Move?

Question

I dropped Javon Walker and Picked up Dwayne Bowe.

Chiefs are my team, and its his second year, which is the year most players break out of their shell, so I'd say Bowe was a good pickup...but Walker is still a solid reciever. Too close to call.

Excellent move.  Walker is an injury waiting to happen and Bowe is a very solid WR.

you just got a top-25 WR for a top-50 WR (and that's a huge stretch) who just got the c**p beat out of him after wanting to retire and playing on decrepit knees. word out of Raider camp was that he couldn't break away from undrafted rookie free agents. the only thing more embarrassing than drafting him is your leaguemates leaving him out there undrafted for you to pick up. nice move.

I'd say so. Bowe is in much better position to emerge as a big contributor this year. Walker has had his opportunity as hasn't made much of it. Walker's trying to come back from a very tumultuous off season and has question marks with his QB. Bowe also has questions at QB but is positioned much more solidly as his team's go to WR. Both have upside this season, but I think Bowe has a better chance of achieving his potential.
