Was Tim Russert ever a guest host on Larry King Live?

I think it's hard to believe because Russert has been with NBC forever and Larry King Live has always been with CNN (right?), but I can remember a Larry King Live show (about 1991) that I think I saw Tim Russert as the guest host!
