  1. I think that he should probably change his sponsor for his tire, and if he wants to make a fuss about it (in a good way), he should try to talk calmly to Nascar, but they won't listen anyway, even though the tires can't make it through 10 laps without going flat.

  2. Agreed, they need to call the race....and I think Smoke had a good point, nobody would listen though.....

  3. I always thought he had a legitimate complaint. Tony might be very opinionated, but he's usually only THAT opinionated about things he genuinely believes to be true.

  4. I  always knew tony stewart was right about  those trashy a** GOODYEAR tires .I  wish nascar would test or try FIRESTONE.

  5. I heard that about half of the drivers agreed with Tony,

but he was the only one with the guts to speak his mind.

(everyone was afraid of upsetting goodyear or na$car)

Now we all see what he was talking about

    Time has proven him correct.

    Cowgirl

what you are saying would be right, if he had a choice.

na$car will only allow goodyear on the cars,

    he CAN"T change sponsors.

And he and a LOT of drivers have been trying to talk to na$car about the tires, for  a LONG time,

and your right again, no one listened.

  6. I think his point was proven today... if I was a driver have to race with tires in that condition.. I would be b**chin' every foot of the race..

  7. Yes. Tony was right. Sadly, Goodyear tires are the only game in town for NASCAR. Just because Goodyear has the contract for the tires, doesn't guarantee they have the best tires for racing.  Conspiracy theories always are around. It sounds like NASCAR needs look into Goodyears quality control. If it were any other business and the product failed this much, they would go back to the manufacturer and complain up a storm. If the manufacturer did not fix the problem, then they would lose the contract.

  8. i cant believe they doing this

    ridiculous

  9. Tony was the only driver that spoke up. Over half the drivers agreed with him during the week. Tony was right. Golly gee, NASCAR "forgot" to test the piece of c**p COT at INDY ? GOOD GRIEF !

  10. He was considered a cry baby because he only whines when something happens to him.  If he hadn't of had problems last year he wouldn't have said a word.

I doubt NASCAR will do much.  Sadly this is in Goodyear's hands and unless NASCAR threatens to break their deal with Goodyear they have to leave it up to them.

  11. Yes He was right...!!!

Call this race off. It's a joke

  12. yes! I never thot he was a crybaby hes just the only driver out there not kissing nascars dirty a*ss. Thats y hes my fav driver, drop goodyear race hoosier!
