  3. No, it's urban legend because firstly he was cremated and secondly the first instance of cryogenically freezing someone occurred a few months after his death.

  7. Contrary to popular belief, Walt Disney was not frozen after his death. Instead he was cremated. It was not one of Walt's wishes to be frozen. They just did not have all of the right technology needed at the time. This rumor spread though the fake news headlines at the supermarkets in the late 70s to early 80s.
