Was anyone dissapointed at the end result of the Sydney Vs Geelong?

42 points says that they got flogged but in reality it was a great game. what should have been the final score?

considering the swans strong defense, 42 points are to the credit of the cats, geelong will probably be champs again this year.

"Disappointed"???? Of course I was totally p...........ed off.  The Swannies were going so well after a first quarter near devastation and I was feeling so positive we could win that game.  All those bad shots on goal earlier hadn't helped our cause though but Geelong had some bad aiming too at times.   I think we badly missed Kennelly on the backline and yes Barry Hall up forward.  Geelong are the real deal though but give us another crack at them later in the season with our full compliment of players and we will have another look at the situation.  The Swans usually stay strong throughout a game but they did fade off towards the end of that game and Gary Ablett Junior had a blinder and full credit to him too.

I think the final score was right as the Swans faded so they grabbed the initiative - Fair enough.  The Swans will live to fight another day and I am very upset that Goodes is not our captain and that could be what is bothering him too.

I watched the game on TV and its unfortunate that the final score doesnt reflect just how well the Swans played.

Fantastic game all round and I think the final score should have been Geelong by 10 pts.

Im always disappointed to see Swans loose but I was devastated when I watched them loose it all in the final 10mins..

Swans are such good finishes normally..

no. i don't barrack for either team so i don't care who one. it was an excellent game and sydney played well even without hall. i know hes only one man but hes still got a way of winning games for them single handedly.

Until the final ten minutes it was a great game - I'm a swans supporter and thought we may even pull off a win.

Taghd was a big loss - in a few weeks we'll have Crouch available and Fosdike back.

Roos obviuosly doesn't rate Ben Matthews anymore - I watched him go around agaisnt Ainslie in the ACT competition on Sunday.

yep, it's sad when you walk away from a game feeling proud of your team and they get beat by 42 points. I thought 18 would have been reasonable, Swans had a kickass percentage before that too.
