Was anyone else disappointed by Breaking Dawn?

Question

Before it came out and while I was reading it, I was all eager and thought it was really good, but afterward I was kind of disappointed. I mean, she basically broke all the rules she set for that world and just the way it was written (In Bella's P.O.V.- Not Jacob's- I thought Jacob's was hilarious) didn't seem up to par like the other books. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I agree, after nessie i sorta felt like there wasn't very much happening between bella and edward. The book just didn't feel like it was written by the genius who came up with twilight. Especially as the last book in the series it was extremely disappointing

It's def. not the best in the series. I mean, Bella doesn't even act like her self. She becomes even stupider than before. I really don't see how Edward or Jacob put up with her.

I was not a Jacob fan prior to this book and after reading his POV, he won me over. He is so hilarious!! Like all the blond jokes he tells Rosalie and when he throws the food bowl at her head.

Anyways a lot of the book was superfluous. Like the J.Jenks thing and the escalation to the Volturi fight. It had an abrupt ending, but Meyer made sure everyone got their happy ending.

i didnt hate it i just felt let down. and jacob is really funny

i didnt finish but im almost there but no im not dissapointed it is my favorite bokk in the sereies (other than twilight the original cuz the orin=ginal is always the best)

It was an alwful book and and i returned it for my money back

I thought it was sick and disgusting and the only good part was Jacob's POV

I kinda have mixed feelings about the book.  I thought the book was great, but I liked it better when Bella was human.  And when the book tells about how different Bella and Edward are and how its been impossible for her to be in love with both Edward and Jacob.  I didn't like Jacob imprinting on Nessie though, but im glad that he never imprinted on Bella.  The book was still good, but I think it could have been better.

I escpecially loved edward! lol just like all the rest of the books.

I dont like jacob AT ALL, i mean... he got in the way of edward and bella. ever since eclipse i despise jacob.

But no it did not dissapoint me at all. and answering someone elses point on the page-  howard?? idk.. anyways TOO HAPPY? I LOVED how she gave it a happy ending! i wouldnt of liked it any other way. you can be a TRUE fan :(
