Was anyone else disappointed in SummerSlam?

Question

I really was,

everyone I wanted to win lost, except Triple H and Undertaker.

My favorite match was Disqualified thanks to the ancient Tony Atlas.

And don't bash me because I really didn't care who won in the Cena/Batista..

It just wasn't all I wanted it to be, at all.

Plus Mickie lost her title which disappointed me.

Luckily Teddy Long has already rescheduled the Title Match for Tuesday Night on ECW.

Does anyone feel the same way as me?

the way the Mark Henry/Matt Hardy match ended blows. i like what happened after when Jeff came out, though.

You realise its all fixed? All the wrestlers you wanted to lose will win something bigger. Trust me; I was addicted to it until i was like 12 and realised it was fixed.

i think summerslam was okay...in my opinion, it's main purpose was just to set up some sick storylines leading up to the next PPV....expect Raw to be awesome 2mrw...also i think this years h**l in the cell is the best match WWE has had in sevral years...tis was amazing

Well, I knew it was going to be a HUGE disappointment from the start. The card was awful and the results where somewhat what I had expected (The ONLY big shocker was the ECW title NOT going to Hardy)

We all knew the HIAC was the match that was going to steal the show, because all the rest sucked.

The match I'm surprised at though was the Cena vs Batista match. I liked the back and fourth action they had going on and that match actually shocked me, because I thought it would just be a BORING match, but it wasn't.

HIAC made it worth it for me, except the "ending after the ending" (see my ? for more details on that).  I am growing very tired though of shelling $40 for DQ's and the ever predictable outside interference in what usually is the best WRESTLING match of a PPV.  Save that stuff for RAW and Smackdown...I know it builds a storyline, but storylines should come to a head on PPV's (like it did for Edge and Taker).  Like I said, HIAC pulled out the save though.

Would have liked to see Kane dragging Ray around or something cool like that to promote what is going on with them.

I was pretty satisfied to tell you the truth. I am a little upset that Mickie and Kofi lost their titles but Candice will come back and take the title from Beth so that will be cool. I also kinda wished Edge and Cena would have won but oh well there will be more matches. Also Jeff beating the c**p out of Mark Henry was great too. I love the Hardy's as a tag. So yeah it was pretty good for me.

I was happy that Undertaker won but I thought the match could have been better. Much better. I was expecting it to be on the same level as the one he had with Foley. They didnt even go on top or anything. =/

But I have to admit that the nding was realy cool.

Triple H match was a fluke, and I knew it would suck from the beguinning. I mean, anything involving Khali is c**p.

I was very pissed at Matt Hardy's match. I wouldnt even have cared if he lost, I just would have liked to see a decent match between them. And now that they have a rematch on Tuesday, obviously Matt isnt gonna win because the ECW Championship wotn change hands on a regular night.

I was pleased Batista won, but even when I first knew I wasnt excited. It was just nice to rub it in my sisters face that Cena is stupid and cant wrestle.

I was kinda happy with the tag team match. I like Beth more than Mickie, so I was happy she got the Title back. Santino...eh, dont get me started.

Shawn Michaels leaving seriously made me almost cry and when Jericho punched Rebecca in the face I was pissed, but now Im wondering whats gona happen.

The Jeff Hardy match i was pissed that he lost, but since Shelton came out, I know that he's gonna start a thing with him and then at Unforgiven, it'll be a triple threat for the US Title. Cause MVP ofcourse is gonna get involved.

Also, I was expecting something with Kane and the whole Mysterio thing. I mean, what was all the build up for? They arent pushing it as much as they could have. But then again, whats the point? What relation to Mysterio does Kane have? Weird.

So yeah, SummerSlam I'd give a  * 5 * it was decent but not spectacular, like I was expecting.

i loved summerslam..im glad mark is still champ,beth and santino aremore interesting then mickie,and matt wont win the title this tuesday
