Was anyone else happy for Melbourne for their brave win today???

I thought they were marvellous. They tried so valiantly and I was happy to see Stynes hugging Wini (sorry cannot spell it) Wonamiiri"s (??) father after the game who'd come down from the Northern Territory and what a great occasion for the fans and the players. Brisbane might be wondering what happened??

Well a bit like GFCB - it seems they're not showing footy here anymore.

Sounded like the game yesterday between the Tiges and P-Blues was a beauty for 3 and a half quarters and today again I miss out on seeing the Lions thumped.  I only hate Brisbane because I hate Leigh Matthews but that's enough reason for a million people!!

Happy for Melbourne - they have to get off the "we've got no need to tank" list soon don't they?!?!

I think it is fantastic for the Dees! Hopefully it helps Melbourne win some more games, and lifts their performances. A great win. I'm so happy because I wanted Brisbane to lose.

Yay go Dees. i was hoping they would win. being a Pies supporter i ddnt really care who would win but was really glad that Melbourne came out with that win. oh and good on the Bombers!
