  1. Um, your probabtion will probably be revoked.

  2. you will go to jail!./.......jail will make a honest person out of you----

  3. In most courts it will cancel your probation, and you will have to serve the remainder of your original sentence along with any new sentence for what you were currently arrested for, should you be convicted for that crime. They will now be tied in together and you will have to serve both sentences concurrently without possibility of parole.

  4. You violated the terms of the probation.  Expect to be jailed after your next court date.

  5. Hello Kimberly. Being charged with the commission of a crime will force you to be held on a TPV ( Technical Probation Violation) since you have only been charged with a crime.

If you go to court and beat the charge, you should be reinstated for your continuing probation.

However, if you lose the new charge in court, you will have the sentence of the retail theft PLUS reinstatement of the original charge that you were placed on probation for.

Whether the two charges would be run concurrent or consecutively would be up to the court and Judge.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you

  6. Usually you have to serve out whatever sentence was suspended when you were given probation. Much depends on the seriousness of the prior charge, if it was for the same thing or what a PO says.

Also what needs to be known is your age and how much was stolen.

  7. badly i would think
