Was curious, which is a good 1st digtal cam?

i've been told mixed things about kodak easyshare same goes for fujifilm, been told good things about Canon & Sony

which out of this are good for someone buyin a ditgial cam for the first time??? goin to takein it to concerts and other events, and to karaoke

here are some ones i was told that was good cams, if you know any other please suggest

sd1100is - canon

Z20 - Fijifilm Finepix

Z80 - Casio Exilim

z100 - Fijifilm Finepix

SD870 - Canon Powershot

W-150 - Sony Cyber-shot

Im just going to reccomend the Samsung NV4, its very cool, especially with the MP3 and stuff. Also, its not that expensive and takes brilliant photos. If you are an adult, i would reccomend it; If you are a teenager or beleive yourself to be one; I would say; dont you buy anything else!

I don't know a lot about cams, but I have the Fujifilm Finepix and it's pretty good.  Sometimes the pictures come out blurry or dark, but I don't know if that's my fault or the camera's.  It's 8.3 megapixels, so it takes up a load of memory.  My friend has the powershot and I like that better, except for the fact that it's a bulkier camera.
