  1. Give this man a prize!

  2. Yeah, but it wasn't really so cunning. They forgot to consider who created the the devil knowing what the devil would do.

  3. No-one does.   We are morally responsible beings.

  4. Karma/kharma literally means action, it extends to refer to the action and the result. So if you are the one doing the action you are responsible for the result.

There is no such entity called 'Karma' you have been watching too many ill-informed TV shows.

It is within reason to say there is no free will since everything is the result of a previous action, even thought, so how can you have free will? That is a difficult one.

As for the Devil, in my opinion the Bible has been very wrongly interpreted especially in the media. Much of the Bible is a lesson. If one sees the Bible in terms of lessons to bring one to the state of Heaven then you won't go far wrong, providing you bear in mind that one shouldn't turn ones teacher into a demon. In other words one must interpret the words of your teacher correctly. This requires learning. Essentially in a GOOD religion, if you see the teachings in such a way that they would cause suffering in the long term then you are interpreting it wrongly.

  5. In terms of Buddhism - no.  In my sect of Buddhism we do not believe in the existence of a God or gods.  So there is no one to blame other than ones self.
