well he did tons of GOOD THINGS! he made the great wall to keep out mongol warriors and protected water rights of the great wall. Also invented gunpowder, and the crossbow.but some bad thigns he did is that he had harsh strict rules. and people who were against him they got buried alive or burned. He also forced tons of people to make the great wall and when those people die they get buried in the wall and this is true. this is said to be the longest cemetary in the world.

He was a good leader but sometimes he did some bad things and sometimes he did some good things. The bad things that he did were that he killed and punished most people for no reason,he was cruel to people, he took money from people and there are a few more bad things that he did too. The good things that he did were that he made carts that are the same size as the roads, he had over 7000 warriors, he was united with 7 different countries,he biult good road networks, built the great wall of china and a few more good things that he did for people.
