Was getting Brett Favre on my fantasy team a bad thing?

most likely a bad thing because:

1. He is playing with the jets and is only clicking with one receiver (cothery) not with their number 1 receiver and its a new team and he is pretty old, unless you have another QB, you would be in trouble.

Favre is always a good pick if you ask me.  I think that if you had him as your second string QB it would be more benficial to you.  By having him on your team you can always slide him into the starter position if he begins have a season like last year.  As for right now, I'd go with someone like Romo, Brees, Palmer or even Garrard

Is he starting? Then yes.

Is he the back-up? Then no.

he is old yet playing better than ever. he had better recievers in green bay but jets have a nice formation. i guess its safe to have him

It doesn't matter who he is throwing the ball to. He is one of the greatest Qb's of all times. The way I see it if he can still throw the ball he is definitely worth having on your team.
