Oh, like this is the only time he made a speech that made no sense.  I always have to chuckle every time he tries to say nuclear.  I swear that never gets old.

December - We are quite used to it by now, Jackson (the 7th president) at the battle of New Orleans (attacking after the peace treaty had already been signed,) Franklyn Pierce (the 14th president) was so bad that not even his own party would renominate him for reelection, etc.  The list goes on and on.  We do not have a good record when it comes to leaders but I can also say that neither does any other 1st or 2nd world country if you analyze them closely.
