Was in a car accident on 4/11 and it was the other person?

fault..he caused about 8400$ in damages to my car. I went to the hospital in the ambulance..because i had a whiplash..I am getting therapy right now and seeing a orthopedic once a month..My question is I have a lawyer...at what stage of this whole thing will he send a claim to the insurance..that his party was injured..

When your treatment is completed and all billing is gathered.  He'll put together a demand for everything...pain & suffering, loss of earning & medical.

He probably sent them a letter already and is waiting for their reply. When your medical problems are cleared up he'll sent them a dollar amount he wants to get.
