Was in an accident today whos at fault?

we were both leaving a parking and he was going left while i was going straight and then next thing you know he decided he was going right which inturn hit my car !! we were both burning a yellow light... and he did not have his flasher on !!

if there was two lanes and he was in the left one then it is obviously his fault, but i dont know it seems like it should be on him

His fault. He turned right from the left lane or side of the road.

if he made contact with you, he is at fault. however in most cases where lights are odd lanes may contribute to the accident. they call it no fault and both parties take care of fixing there own vehicles.

Forget the burning the yellow light thing. It's entirely his fault because he was not paying attention and obviously not in control of his car. Just because he changed his mind, does not absolve him from looking before moving. He turned into your car, his fault.
