Sometimes while I'm sleeping or in a state of half-sleep (can't really tell) I'll feel something stroke my arm and I bolt straight up in bed frightened, and then seeing no one, return to sleep.

3 nights ago I was sleeping when I felt something stroke my arm. Usually I bolt up and look around my room to see who’s there. But this time I felt a hand press against my side, holding me down, and keeping me from turning to see who was there since I was on my side, back towards it. I was so afraid that I didn’t struggle. Then I felt the hand on my back and remember feeling something being pushed into me -- like balls of hot energy. There were three of them and they hurt, but I tried to relax, wondering if I was being touched by an angel or something. Afterwards, I felt the being hug me from behind. Its chin was resting on my shoulder like it was spooning me. I remember feeling this intense warmth, and then happiness. I fell asleep this way (in its arms) and my regular dreaming resumed.

I’d just like your explanations/opinions of this phenomenon. I’m so puzzled still by what happened to me. Was it a dream within a dream? I doubt it because I remember waking up to find something in my bed beside me, and then falling asleep after it occurred and having regular dreams in which I was aware that I was dreaming. :/

  1. In some dreams, we will go to depth, in that situation it might try to get the control of our body,  so it will happen. I was also experienced. I think it may be subject to our health problems.

  2. You are being followed, accompanied by a jinn.  Now whether it's good or bad is another story.  You are awake though exposed to another world  This is not an angel but a jinn.  You should mention God more often and thank him for his blessings as the presence of jinn can indicate a neglect of prayer.

    Regards

  3. turn your life over to Jesus

  4. First let me say that in the opinion of many trained scientists there is no such thing as a ghost or a demon.  These thoughts were implanted when you were young because it is linked to religion.  If you feel prodding and pushing and hugging then it could be related to muscle tension.  I would see a good doctor and have him take a look at you for various maladies that cause this kind of problem mostly at night but also in the afternoon. You may need a relaxant that can help enormously.  I jump in my sleep from time to time and I take Ativan and it helps a lot.   I wouldn't dismiss your problem as ghosts or demons, or anything else.  It is either dreaming or physical.  Find out.
